Work where the scope is written down
We are a small, fully remote Salesforce consultancy. Certifications are funded, engagements are two or three people, and nobody is asked to build something they argued against without a hearing.
Four things that are actually true here
Not aspirations — these are the ones we would be embarrassed to break.
We write things down
Scopes, decisions, handovers. If it only exists in someone's head, it does not exist.
Certifications are funded
Exam fees, study time and a certification path agreed at your first review — not squeezed into evenings.
Small teams, named owners
Two or three people per engagement. You will know exactly which part is yours.
Honest client conversations
We talk clients out of things. You will never be asked to build something you argued against without a hearing.
What comes with the job
Short list, all of it real. We would rather do eight things properly than list twenty.
Five steps, about two weeks
You will always know which step you are on and when you will hear back.
- 1Application
A CV and a short note on something you built. No cover-letter theatre.
- 2Intro call
30 minutes with the hiring lead — what you want next, and whether we have it.
- 3Practical exercise
A short, paid, realistic task. No whiteboard algorithms, no take-home marathons.
- 4Team conversation
Meet the people you would actually work with. You interview us too.
- 5Offer
Within two working days of the last conversation, with the salary band stated up front.
Nothing open right now — but stay tuned
No open positions at the moment
We hire in small waves, usually alongside a new engagement. Send a speculative application and we will come back to you first when a role opens — we read every one.
Working at CodeSierra
No role that fits? Tell us anyway.
We keep speculative applications on file and go back to them first when something opens.
